I'm on a major cheesecake high lately (just found the best delivery service ever!!!) so when I saw this pic of a Frozen Pink Cheesecake I died!!! Is it like a huge cheesecake ice cream??? (love Haagen Dazs Strawberry cheesecake btw) I think I might make an exception from my "no baking in the summer" rule to try this out. I wish I had a good cheesecake recipe though... any recommendations?

ReplyDeleteif you're ever in florence, you absolutely MUST eat at Coquinarius (it's very close to the duomo). i had the best cheesecake of my life there. the pear ravioli is also delicious. i swear, i dream about eating at this place again.
