One of the perks of assisting a photographer is that occasionally I have to stand in as a body for light testing. Well, normally this is not a glamorous activity at all, but to be honest I'm glad for all the nice pictures that are taken of me! :) The other day we shot a portrait of a very influential business man for ELITE magazine and this was my best test shot (I know, too grinny)! :) Can't wait to see the portraits I was actually working on in a magazine! :) (Have you seen the results of my first photo shoot? GORGEOUS)
P.S: Too bad you can't see the pretty braid I had that day... I {heart} braids! :D

I've had to do this a few times and I always feel like I shouldn't smile. Like then they would know that I was enjoying myself and was so stoked to be having my photo taken. Even for a test shot. So I would always try and look too cool for school. But then the photographer would give me the test shot and I'd be so mad at myself for looking so serious. You're an inspiration, though. Next time I will smile! :)
