Somehow having a big fairy wedding was never part of my plans. It's quite strange really, I'm a girly girl and could die for a Vera Wang bridal gown but having a big wedding is simply not for me. (Very unromantic I know. :) Nevertheless I adore wedding photography and looking at snapshots of other people's wedding bring tears to my eyes. I just found this beautiful collage of an old school mate's wedding and I'm in love with the lollipop team! (and they both look so beautiful... :) So tell me, did you have a big wedding (I'd love to see pics!!!)? OR are you planning to have one?

These pictures are absolutely adorable. We are having a teeny, tiny wedding in San Francisco. Just our immediate families and a handful of close friends. I like it that way : )

Those pics are so sweet! I'm not married but if I ever was going to do it I'd keep things really small and simple. Maybe get married on the beach in Hawaii =)

Gorgeous photos! I had a relatively big wedding, and ended up doing the BIG white dress much to my surprise! Had been planning for simple and slinky, but my mind was quickly changed when I tried on the layers of soft tulle, silk and organza :-)
Really enjoying your blog!

I am exactly the same...I adore weddings and everything related to them but I am not sure if that is for me....I always get so emotional...and its so much fun helping out in preparations:)
This is a great couple...the lollipop theme is very cool and they look very happy :)
Btw: you definitely should get this World Domination map. It would be great for you and thanks for a good idea, I really should take some shots of my place :)

those photos are amazing! My mum is getting married next May in Lake Garda in Itlay and I cannot wait :) Her style's very much like mine though; quite low-key and a sleek dress - (and the best chief bridesmaid ever :) )

I'm getting married in November! (Woohoo!) I am having a medium sized wedding...maybe 150 guests?
I'm from a small town, so inviting people gets tricky...everyone wants an invitation!

Love this wedding, I with you on the not so big wedding, however I am having a designer dress, and Something Blue Blahnick shoes. Those two things I will not sacrifice!
I just love good wedding photography too! These are so beautiful!
I did have a big wedding...I wanted all of the people there who helped support, encourage, and inspire us along the journey. Almost two years ago already!
I didn't care about having the perfect wedding details though...I think a small wedding can be wonderful!
I don't think it's unromantic to want a small wedding at all. If anything, a cozy and intimate wedding is more romantic to me. I got married City Hall in San Francisco - if it was good enough for Marilyn Monroe, it's good enough for me. I got my dress for $50 in Chinatown. We spent all our money on good, but not elaborate rings and our honeymoon. My husband said he wanted us to start our life as a married couple with a big adventure. That sold me. So we had a tiny civil ceremony then took off for the mountains of China. I do love to look at other people's big weddings though. I just don't think I'd survive planning one.
Love that swirly lollipop, nice cheeky touch for wedding photos.
