Nautical Fever

Blazer - H&M, sunnies - Mango, Dress&Bag&Shoes - from London

Like I said... I´m in nautical fever! :) This is what I wore before I left Hungary yesterday to grab a quick lunch with my sista.  It was a sad sad day. Leaving Diego was harder than expected. In the last 10 days we really grew together... he came to wake me up in bed every morning, we went on big walks and he took huge naps on my lap. He also spoiled me rotten with kisses and in return I spoiled him rotten with all kinds of food a doggie normally shouldn't have (yeah I think he is a little icecream and chocolate addict now :). To make things worse, I arrived from summer to an almost wintery, cold, wet Berlin. I was ready to be depressed and get undercover with a huge bowl of Haagen Daazs, when I've received one surprise after the other. Foley + Corinna sent me an amazing dress from their new ready to wear collection, which is truly the prettiest thing I've ever owned plus I won the TotallyRad giveaway on Yvonne's blog. This was not the first time I won a giveaway, but I've never won something as big and amazing as the TotallyRad actions. I've wanted to buy them for some time now, but ya know... being unemployed and all, I just did not have the funds to do it right now. Thank you universe! You cheered me up on a horrible day! :)

Modern Navy Uniform

Blazer - Zara, Pants - Tally Weijl, Sunnies&Belts&Oxfords&Clutch from London

Lately I´m going through weekly mini series. One week I only wanted to wear khaki/military (seen here and here), then only florals (like here or here) and in the last few days all I´ve been wearing were navy/sailing inspired blue/red/white clothes. Well, at least I started to add some colors to my outfits. It was about time! :) Today I´m flying back to Germany and I already know that I´ll cry my eyes out missing Diego, so I sure need some color in my life right now! (I need a puppy badly.)

P.S: Check out how brave I am! Stripes on stripes + double belt! Whooozaaaaaaaaa :)

Legally Blonde

Leather Trench (last seen here) -  from Istanbul, Dress - H&M, Wedges - ASOS (last seen here), Sunnies - Mango

When my sister (and photographer in Hungary) looked at me in this outfit she said I looked like Reese Whiterspoon in Legally Blonde and she did not mean it as a compliment! :) What can I say? I reall enjoy dressing up these days! Besides visiting my family, one of the reasons I came back to Hungary was to pick up some of my spring/summer warderobe. I moved to Berlin in February and as I was only allowed to take 20kg on the plane, I sure did not bring any of my sandals, spring coats or summer dresses, which have happily found their way to my luggage now. I just don´t know how they gonna fit in my closet. Ooops.

Simple Days

Dress - Zara, Cardigan - Mango, Wedges - H&M

One of the best part of my vacation in Hungary is that I can really enjoy every single day without having to worry about all the chores like cleaning, cooking or laundry. I love being a little girl again playing with Diego (with who I fall more and more in love with every day), taking him on big walks and eating my mum´s delicious cooking (she is seriously the best cook in the world :). I´d very much like to freeze time right about now.

Easter Traditions

Shirt - Vintage, Jeans - H&M, Hat - Stradivarius, Sunnies - RayBan

Easter is one of those very few holidays which are really about meeting family, eating delicious food and  guarding our traditions. In Hungary some really interesting folk customs are still alive. Today the boys we know will visit to sprinkle perfume or water on us girls (to keep our youth and beauty alive :). In return they will ask for a kiss and an egg (but mostly we only give chocolates :) I´ll spend my day at my grandma eating my weight in delicious cakes and waiting for her retired gentlemen friends  to sprinkle me! :D How do you celebrate Easter? Any funny traditions? Enjoy the day wherever you may be! ;)

Springland

icecream1
Sunnies - Mango, Le Foglie Necklace - StellaWishes, Jeans Jacket - Thrifted PASH, Top - H&M, Crochet Skirt - Vintage (Ebay), Boots - Michael Kors

Life is so much simpler in spring! I very much enjoy the longer days, the nearby parks that we've just recently discovered and the ridiculous amount of ice cream that we are eating! I wish time could stop right here or at least I could live in the land of forever spring!

Crochets are one of my favorite trends this season and this vintage khaki skirt is one of  my favorite pieces to play with. I actually find it hard to style, but looking at these pics I kinda think that my thrifted jeans jacket with goldish accents was made for this skirt. Hippie Yippie Yeah! :)

A Pocket Full of Sunshine

Jacket & Dress - Zara, Platforms - Jessica Simpson Dany, Scarf - Vintage, Hat - Claire's, Bangle & Earrings - Vintage (they were my mum's), Watch - Michael Kors

This week is full of photo editing, spring cleaning and packing. I'll be going to Hungary to spend Easter with my family and our adorable puppy. As I already know that my grandma will spoil me rotten with all kinds of cakes and delicious baked goods I'm trying to be a good girl and watch my diet this week (and try to sweat as much as possible on spinning class). We're also planning to do some fun stuff with AC to enjoy that spring has finally struck in Berlin. Walks in the park, skating in the fields, discovering new hip restaurants. This week is a good one beacuse I want it to be good! ;)
