Pretty Tattoos

For a very long time I've been thinking whether I should get a tattoo or not. I don't want to have a tattoo just to have a tattoo, I'm waiting for something to inspire me so much that I would want to carry it with me till the end of life. :) I know it will be either a quote, a writing or something very simple like a bird flying away...

I think these are very pretty:

Do you have a tattoo? Where is it and what is it?

Ohhh I love these as well. I don't have any tattoos (too scared of needles), but my fiance is covered in them. I used to hate his, but I've grown to love them : )

I really like the last one - it's visible but not at all ostentatious. And I love the fact that it's a star - such a beautiful symbol.

I don't have a tattoo myself (I'm not sure I'd be able to take the pain), thoguh my younger sister has a few! :)

I have a little cross on my right wrist, similar in size and location of the star in the last picture.

I have a tattoo of the sun on my hand. I've been thinking a lot about getting another tatoo. These are really pretty.

These are all awesome tattoos! I have one on my wrist in white ink...I thought it was more subtle & very personal.

These are amazing tattoo-shots. LOVE the birds on the wrist, as well as the one stating, "love is enough."

I don't have my collection of dream-ink quite yet, but my first will be a little round octopus found in a painting in my favorite sushi shop!

These are all lovely! So pretty. I don't have one yet but my sister and I would like to get something simple and small done. This is great inspiration!

ooooh, i've always loved that one with the birds flying on the wrist - so pretty. i also love the font of the second one...

i actually just got my 4th tattoo - on my upper rib cage - it reads 'carpe diem' which might be a touch cliche but which is meaningful for me. actually, the font is somewhat similar to the 2nd photo...very thin and like handwriting.

i agree...i'm not into tattoos for the sake of having a tattoo...but a tattoo with meaning is different.

Hello, I got a tattoo last week, similar to the birds on wrist one up there. I have three little birds in flight on the outside of my ankle, and I love them to bits...now to tell the mother :S.
Good luck! xx

An interesting discussion is definitely
worth comment. I believe that you need to write more on
this subject matter, it may not be a taboo matter but generally people do not talk about
these issues. To the next! All the best!!
