Smoke Free Anniversary

It's one year today that I stopped smoking. I`m so proud of myself! I'll be honest with you, I loved to smoke and was a smoker for more than 7 years. But one day I realized that smoking became more a burden than a joy and that's when I decided to stop. I didn't want to be addicted anymore... I wanted to be healthy, I didn't want to smell like cigarettes and I didn't want my home to smell like it either. While ocassionally I still think of it, now I know that I quit for good and will never be a smoker again.

When I see people smoke in their cars I get disgusted while I used to do it all the time. What a difference a year makes! At the beginning it was hard... you have all these routines... smoking with the morning coffee, smoking on the way to work, having cigarette breaks, a smoke after lunch, after dinner, before getting on a flight, after landing.... but I knew that I had to stop before it was too late, so I did. I still can't believe I did it but you know what... I can't believe I ever smoked! :D

Good for you!
Not only bad for your health but also so expensive if you smoke a lot!

Congratulations you are amazing...unfortunately I know what you're talking about...I'm a smoker...sometimes it feels like there is always an occasion for smoking...

Did you used any tools when you was quitting? I would really love to hear your tips...

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend.

Cheers: Evi
